The MK15/20 four-wheel electric counterbalance forklift range is designed for pallet transport, loading and stacking across warehouses and manufacturing facilities. Its counterbalanced layout allows loads to be handled without support arms.

Low-centre Four-wheel Design

The battery is positioned low in the chassis to support stability and smooth cornering. The four-wheel layout is suitable for applications combining warehouse aisles, loading areas and longer travel routes.

Full AC Power System

Maintenance-free AC motors provide responsive acceleration and controlled load handling without routine carbon-brush replacement. Regenerative braking recovers energy during deceleration and downhill travel.

Operator Control and Visibility

An adjustable steering column and seat help operators establish a practical driving position. The wide-view mast and multifunction display support visibility, status monitoring and fault diagnosis.

Configurable for Different Applications

Duplex, duplex full-free and triplex full-free masts are available. Battery systems, tyres, cabins, hydraulic circuits, side shift, fork positioners and other attachments can be selected for the application.

Q1: What is the main difference between the MK15 and MK20?
The MK15 has a 1,500 kg rated capacity and smaller stacking dimensions. The MK20 increases capacity to 2,000 kg and is better suited to heavier daily pallet handling.
Q2: How much working aisle is required?
The reference Ast values are 3,595 mm for the MK15 and 3,754 mm for the MK20. Actual requirements must include pallet dimensions, load overhang, attachments, rack clearance and an operating allowance.
Q3: Can the rated load be lifted to 7,000 mm?
Not automatically. Residual capacity depends on lift height, load centre, mast and attachment weight. The load chart for the selected configuration must be checked.
Q4: Are these forklifts suitable for outdoor work?
They can operate on suitable level outdoor surfaces with the correct tyres and environmental configuration. Rough ground, steep ramps, rain exposure and floor transitions should be assessed before selection.
Q5: Which battery type should be selected?
Lead-acid suits conventional charging and battery-change routines. Lithium is better suited to opportunity charging and operations seeking less routine battery maintenance.
