Product Overview

Product Details

Medium-duty Electric Counterbalance Range

The MK25/30 range covers 2,500 and 3,000 kg pallet handling. It is suitable for materials that exceed the capacity of compact warehouse forklifts but still require clean electric operation.

Robust Four-wheel Platform

The four-wheel chassis provides a stable base for transport, loading and stacking. A low-mounted battery reduces the centre of gravity and supports controlled cornering with heavier loads.

Full AC Performance

AC drive and lift systems provide responsive operation under repetitive duty cycles. Integrated protection, speed and temperature monitoring support power-system reliability and service life.

Load Control and Operator Protection

The wide-view mast helps reduce visual obstruction. Lift limiting, controlled lowering, hydraulic cushioning and the OPS operator-presence system support safer daily handling.

Configurable for Loads and Environments

Available options include different mast heights, pneumatic or solid tyres, cabins, side-access batteries and additional hydraulic circuits. Side shift, fork positioners and load-specific clamps can also be supplied.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about MK25 / MK30. For application-specific advice, contact MiMA Australia.

Q1: Should I select the MK25 or MK30?
Select the MK25 for loads up to 2,500 kg. The MK30 provides 3,000 kg capacity and an 80V power system for heavier or more intensive applications.
Q2: Can the truck be fitted with a clamp or fork positioner?
Yes. Multiple hydraulic circuits and attachments are available. Attachment weight, effective load centre and residual capacity must be calculated before confirming the configuration.
Q3: Is the published aisle width the required warehouse aisle?
It is a reference value under defined pallet conditions. The final aisle should include the actual load, attachment dimensions, rack clearance and enough additional space for efficient operation.
Q4: Can it work inside a container?
Selected configurations can be supplied with a low overhead guard and suitable mast. Container door height, mast closed height, overall truck height and floor loading must be checked.
Q5: What information is required for a quotation?
Provide the maximum load, load dimensions, load centre, lift height, aisle width, floor and ramp conditions, shift hours, battery preference and any required attachments.
