How is a reach truck different from a counterbalance forklift?
A reach truck extends its mast or fork carriage into the rack and draws the load back within the wheelbase for travel. A counterbalance forklift carries the load in front and is generally more suitable for loading, transfer and mixed indoor or outdoor work.
What is the difference between stand-on and seated reach trucks?
Stand-on models suit compact sites and frequent entry and exit, while seated models can provide greater comfort over longer travel distances and extended shifts.
When should I choose a scissor-reach model?
