Product Overview

Product Details

Heavy-duty Electric Forklift Platform

The MK35/40 range is developed for heavier manufacturing, logistics and warehouse duties. Capacities of 3,500 and 4,000 kg allow large pallets, production materials and industrial components to be handled electrically.

Low-centre Chassis Stability

The transverse drive arrangement and low battery position help centralise vehicle mass. This supports smooth cornering and controlled load movement during transport and stacking.

Powerful AC Drive System

An 80V full AC system provides the power required for heavier loads, ramps and repeated travel cycles. Regenerative and reverse braking support controlled deceleration and energy efficiency.

Visibility, Comfort and Safety

A wide-view mast supports forward visibility. Adjustable seating, hydraulic steering, OPS monitoring, lift limiting and controlled lowering help protect the operator, load and floor.

Configurable for Industrial Applications

Different tyres, mast heights, batteries, cabins and hydraulic functions are available. Fork positioners, clamps, rotators and other specialised attachments can be integrated after application review.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about MK35 / MK40. For application-specific advice, contact MiMA Australia.

Q1: What is the difference between the MK35 and MK40?
The MK35 is rated at 3,500 kg, while the MK40 is rated at 4,000 kg. Their chassis dimensions are similar, but the required residual capacity and attachment configuration may differ.
Q2: Can these models replace an internal-combustion forklift?
They can replace an IC forklift in many indoor and suitable outdoor applications. Floor condition, gradients, working hours, charging infrastructure and weather exposure must be assessed.
Q3: Is 7,000 mm lift available for every load?
Mast options reach up to 7,000 mm, but rated capacity is not maintained at every height. The relevant load chart must confirm the required load at the target elevation.
Q4: Which tyre type should be used?
Pneumatic tyres provide more cushioning on suitable uneven surfaces. Solid tyres reduce puncture risk and are often selected for industrial yards and intensive applications.
Q5: Can the MK35/40 be customised?
Yes. Available configurations include cabins, cold-storage preparation, different batteries, hydraulic controls, tyre types and load-specific attachments.
