The MiMA MCC12 is a 1.2-tonne man-up electric VNA turret truck for high-density pallet storage, high-level order picking and optional double-deep handling. Its elevating operator compartment, 180° rotating fork and 1,300 mm side shift enable stacking on either side of the aisle, while standing or seated operation supports different warehouse tasks and shift patterns.

Stack, Pick and Check Stock

The elevating operator compartment places the driver closer to the load, improving visibility during high-level pallet placement, order picking and inventory checks. Standing and seated operating positions suit different tasks and shift patterns.

Optional Double-Deep Handling

An optional telescopic fork allows the MCC12 to access the second pallet position in double-deep racking. This can increase storage capacity without expanding the warehouse footprint.

Faster Pallet Positioning

The turret head rotates through 180° and side-shifts to serve both sides of the aisle without turning the truck. Linked rotation and side shift, fork centring and optional height preselection reduce repetitive control inputs.

Stable High-Level Operation

A high-strength mast, full AC system and electromagnetic braking support controlled handling at height. Adjustable controls, an OPS sensing system, camera assistance and emergency escape provisions support the operator during daily work.

Q1:What makes the MCC12 different from a standard man-up turret truck?
The MCC12 combines pallet stacking, high-level order picking and inventory checking in one truck. An optional telescopic fork also allows it to work with double-deep racking.
Q2: Is the double-deep telescopic fork standard?
No. Double-deep handling requires an optional telescopic fork and an application-specific review of the pallet, load centre, rack depth and required residual capacity.
Q3: Can the MCC12 carry 1,200 kg at its maximum lift height?
Not at the maximum height. At a 600 mm load centre, the datasheet shows 1,200 kg up to a 7,780 mm total lift height and approximately 960 kg at 9,780 mm.
Q4: What is the maximum lifting and picking height?
The standard mast range provides a total lift height up to 9,780 mm and a maximum picking height of approximately 10,045 mm.
Q5: What aisle width is required?
The datasheet specifies a 1,650 mm net stacking aisle with a 1,200 × 1,200 mm pallet. Pallet overhang, non-standard loads, rack protection and guidance configuration may increase the required width.
Q6: Which aisle guidance systems are available?
Mechanical rail guidance is standard. Electromagnetic and permanent-magnetic guidance are optional, together with functions such as aisle-end speed reduction, laser obstacle detection and automatic addressing.
Q7: Can the operator work both standing and seated?
Yes. The adjustable, foldable seat and adjustable control console allow the operator to switch between standing and seated operation according to the task.
Q8: Which battery options are available?
An 80 V / 420 Ah lead-acid battery is standard. Optional lithium configurations include 80 V / 300 Ah and 80 V / 420 Ah batteries.
