Product Details

One Truck for Stacking and Picking

The MCC16 combines 1,600 kg pallet handling with an elevating operator compartment. The driver travels with the load for improved visibility during stacking, order picking and inventory work.

Controlled High-Level Performance

A large-section, high-strength mast reduces movement at elevation and supports better load control. Full AC drive, large load wheels and electromagnetic braking provide responsive travel and controlled deceleration.

Efficient Turret Operation

The 180° turret head stacks on either side without turning the truck. Linked side shift and rotation, fork centring, synchronized travel and lift functions and optional height preselection shorten repetitive handling cycles.

Designed Around the Operator

An adjustable control console and foldable seat support standing or seated operation. Camera assistance, cross-laser pallet alignment, electronic arm guards, OPS sensing and emergency escape provisions support high-level work.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about MCC16. For application-specific advice, contact MiMA Australia.

Q1: What operations is the MCC16 designed for?
It is designed for pallet stacking, high-level order picking and inventory checking in high-density VNA warehouses. The elevating compartment allows one truck to perform both pallet and picking tasks.
Q2: Does the MCC16 retain 1,600 kg at maximum height?
No. Residual capacity decreases with lift height and load centre. At a 600 mm load centre, the long-wheelbase model retains approximately 850 kg at a 14,280 mm total lift height.
Q3: Which mast configuration should be selected?
The duplex mast suits lower or medium lift heights. The triplex full-free mast provides a lower closed height, while the long-wheelbase MCC16H supports lift requirements up to 14,280 mm total height.
Q4: What aisle width does the MCC16 require?
The standard datasheet specifies a 1,650 mm net aisle with a 1,200 × 1,000 mm pallet. Long-wheelbase models, larger load centres and non-standard pallets may require additional clearance.
Q5: Which aisle guidance systems are available?
Mechanical rail guidance is standard. Electromagnetic and permanent-magnetic guidance are optional, together with aisle safety, end-of-aisle speed reduction, obstacle detection and automatic addressing functions.
Q6: Can the operator work standing or seated?
Yes. The adjustable console and foldable seat allow both positions. Standing operation supports frequent picking movements, while seated operation can improve comfort during longer stacking cycles.
Q7: Which functions improve pallet-handling productivity?
Available functions include linked fork rotation and side shift, one-touch fork centring, synchronized travel and lifting, synchronized mast lowering, height preselection and automatic pallet pickup and placement.
Q8: Which battery configurations are available?
Standard-wheelbase models use an 80 V / 560 Ah lead-acid battery, while long-wheelbase models use 80 V / 700 Ah. Lithium configurations are also available according to the selected chassis.
