Engineered for Cold Stores
The MCC14 uses low-temperature electrical, hydraulic, power and structural components for operation between -25°C and +5°C. Protective treatments help resist corrosion caused by cold and humid working conditions.
Heated Enclosed Cabin
A fully enclosed cabin with tempered-glass windows protects the operator while maintaining a wide field of view. Warm-air heating and a 1080P electronic rear-view system support comfortable, controlled operation.
High-Level Cold-Store Handling
The elevating cabin allows the operator to stack pallets, pick orders and check inventory from the working level. The rotating and side-shifting turret head serves either side of the aisle without turning the truck.
Built for Longer Cold-Room Operation
Large-capacity lead-acid batteries support extended operating periods, while low-temperature hydraulic oil and an oil-heating system maintain hydraulic performance. An optional telescopic fork can support double-deep cold-store racking.

Q1: What temperature range is the MCC14 designed for?
The MCC14 is designed for long- or short-term operation from -25°C to +5°C. It must not be used below -28°C unless a separately approved configuration is provided.
Q2: Can the truck move repeatedly between the cold store and ambient areas?
Routine movement between cold and ambient environments is not recommended because condensation can affect electrical and structural components. The truck should enter the cold store dry and remain in its designated operating environment unless otherwise specified.
Q3: Where should the battery be charged?
The battery must be charged outside the cold store in a suitable charging area. Battery condition and charging arrangements should be planned around the required shift length.
Q4: Can the MCC14 lift 1,400 kg to 14,280 mm?
No. At a 600 mm load centre, the long-wheelbase MCC14H retains approximately 820 kg at a 14,280 mm total lift height. Actual capacity must be checked against the applicable load chart.
Q5: Which mast configurations are available?
MCC14 is available with a duplex mast, MCC14SQ with a triplex full-free mast and MCC14H with a long-wheelbase triplex full-free mast for higher lift applications.
Q6: Can the MCC14 work with double-deep racking?
Yes, an optional telescopic fork can be specified. Pallet weight, load centre, rack depth, required aisle width and residual capacity must be reviewed before selection.
Q7: What aisle guidance options are available?
Mechanical rail guidance is available for dedicated VNA aisles. Electromagnetic and permanent-magnetic guidance can also be specified, subject to the cold-store layout and floor installation conditions.
Q8: What information is required before quotation?
Provide the operating temperature, time spent inside the cold store, pallet dimensions, maximum load, rack height, aisle layout, floor condition, required mast configuration and charging arrangements.
