Electric Pallet Truck

2.0-2.5T Stand-on Electric Pallet Truck ME20/25

ME20/25 is a stand-on electric pallet truck range for 2,000 and 2,500 kg loads. A compact chassis, folding platform, electric power steering and five-point support help operators move palletised goods efficiently through warehouses and production areas. AC drive and configurable lead-acid or lithium batteries support short-to-medium routes and repeated daily handling.

Ideal For

  • Warehouse pallet transport over short-to-medium routes
  • Production-line supply and internal logistics
  • Operations requiring a compact folding-platform truck

Product Overview

Product Details

Stand-on Pallet Transport

The ME20/25 electric pallet truck range is designed for horizontal pallet movement rather than stacking. The two models share the same compact chassis, with capacity selected according to the heaviest palletised load.

Folding Operator Platform

The platform supports efficient travel between pallet locations and folds when additional manoeuvring space is required. With the platform folded, the specified aisle requirement is approximately 2,050 mm for a 1,000 × 1,200 mm pallet.

Five-Point Chassis Support

Integrated auxiliary wheels support chassis stability, while the suspension arrangement helps maintain drive-wheel contact on suitable indoor floors.

Controlled Electric Operation

AC traction reduces routine drive-motor maintenance. Electric steering, electromagnetic braking, emergency reverse and corner-speed control support predictable handling in busy warehouse areas.

Battery and Fork Options

The standard 24V/210Ah lead-acid battery can be replaced with an application-matched lithium configuration. Fork dimensions, outside spread and battery-change arrangement can be specified according to the pallet and shift pattern.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about ME20 / ME25. For application-specific advice, contact MiMA Australia.

What is the main difference between ME20 and ME25?
The principal difference is rated capacity: 2,000 kg for ME20 and 2,500 kg for ME25. Their standard operating dimensions are otherwise closely aligned.
Is the stated aisle width measured with the platform folded?
Yes. The 2,050 mm figure is based on a 1,000 × 1,200 mm pallet with the platform folded. With the platform deployed, it increases to approximately 2,500 mm.
Can the ME20/25 stack pallets into racking?
No. It is a horizontal-transport pallet truck with a 200 mm lift height, not a pallet stacker.
Should lead-acid or lithium batteries be selected?
Lead-acid suits conventional charging routines. Lithium is useful for opportunity charging, reduced maintenance and operations with limited battery-change time.
Can it travel over ramps or dock levellers?
Only within the approved gradient and ground-clearance limits. The route, floor transition and loaded traction conditions should be reviewed before operation.
