The MiMA ME36 electric pallet truck is configured around 40 × 48-inch ANSI double-sided pallets. Its 3.6-tonne rated capacity supports heavy palletised goods in warehouses, production plants and distribution facilities.
Dual-Cylinder Hydraulic Lift
The dual-cylinder lifting system distributes hydraulic force across the load section, supporting smooth lifting and lowering under heavy loads. Forks raise 140 mm for controlled horizontal pallet transport.
Stable Chassis Support
Articulated twin caster assemblies help the truck remain supported as floor conditions change. The chassis and load-wheel configuration must be matched to the pallet opening and intended load.
AC Drive and Electric Steering
The brushless AC drive system supports repeated daily travel with reduced routine motor maintenance. Electric steering lowers steering effort during turning, pallet entry and positioning.
Battery and Fork Configurations
A 24V/300Ah lead-acid battery is standard. Higher-capacity lead-acid and 24V/200–300Ah lithium options are available. Extended forks can be specified for double-pallet handling after load-centre and aisle calculations are confirmed.

What pallets is the ME36 designed to handle?
It is primarily designed for 40 × 48-inch ANSI double-sided pallets. Pallet entry dimensions and load-wheel spacing should be confirmed before ordering.
Can the ME36 carry two pallets at the same time?
An extended-fork configuration is available. The total load, combined load centre, fork length, wheel arrangement and required aisle width must be technically evaluated.
How much aisle width does the ME36 require?
The datasheet specifies approximately 2,935 mm with a 40 × 48-inch pallet. Additional operating clearance should be included in the warehouse layout.
Which battery should be selected?
The 24V/300Ah lead-acid battery suits standard work patterns. Lithium or higher-capacity lead-acid batteries may be preferable for longer shifts or opportunity charging.
Is the ME36 suitable for outdoor use or ramps?
It is primarily intended for smooth, level indoor floors. Any ramp, dock plate or outdoor route must remain within the approved gradient, traction and ground-clearance limits.
