ME30/40 is a heavy-duty stand-on electric pallet truck range for 3,000 and 4,000 kg loads. Its reinforced structure, floating drive suspension, electric steering and folding side guards support stable pallet movement across medium-distance warehouse routes. AC traction, electromagnetic braking and configurable batteries help maintain controlled performance in logistics, manufacturing and loading-area applications.

Heavy-Duty Horizontal Transport
The ME30/40 range extends the standard stand-on pallet-truck format to 3.0- and 4.0-tonne capacities. Reinforced structural components support heavier pallet movement in warehouses, workshops and production facilities.
Folding Platform and Side Guards
The shock-absorbing platform supports medium-distance travel. Folding side guards provide operator containment when deployed, while the folded configuration reduces the truck’s working envelope.
Floating Drive Suspension
The suspension helps keep the drive wheel in contact with the floor, supporting traction during travel and directional changes. The trucks are intended for suitable industrial surfaces.
Electric Steering and AC Traction
Electric steering reduces physical effort during repeated manoeuvring. AC traction, electromagnetic parking braking, emergency reverse and corner-speed control support controlled daily operation.
Application-Matched Batteries
ME30 uses a 24V/210Ah standard battery, while ME40 uses a 24V/270Ah battery. Lithium, side-removal battery and alternative-capacity configurations can be selected according to operating hours and charging arrangements.

When should ME40 be selected instead of ME30?
Select ME40 when operational loads exceed 3,000 kg or when additional rated-capacity margin is required. Pallet condition and load distribution must also be checked.
Does deploying the platform change the aisle requirement?
Yes. With a 1,000 × 1,200 mm pallet, the specified aisle width increases from approximately 2,150 to 2,590 mm.
Are ME30 and ME40 suitable for continuous heavy handling?
They are designed for demanding pallet transport, but battery capacity, floor condition, route length and pallet throughput must be matched to the duty cycle.
Can non-standard forks be supplied?
Fork length, width and outside spread can be configured. Any change must be checked against pallet entry, turning radius and rated-load requirements.
Are these trucks intended for outdoor yards?
They are primarily indoor warehouse trucks. Protected outdoor transfers may be possible after reviewing surface condition, water exposure, gradients and wheel specification.
