MBF20 is a 2.0-tonne walkie straddle electric pallet stacker designed for double-sided pallets and lift heights up to 5.5 metres. Adjustable support legs and forged adjustable forks accommodate different pallet widths, while the triplex full-free mast, five-point chassis, electric steering and configurable battery options support controlled handling in warehouses, factories and loading areas.

Straddle-Leg Pallet Handling
The MBF20 uses wide support legs positioned outside the pallet. This allows the forged forks to handle double-sided and closed-bottom pallets without placing load wheels beneath the load.
Triplex Full-Free Mast
Available lift heights range from 4.0 to 5.5 metres. Full-free lift supports operation beneath lower ceilings, doorways and overhead structures before the mast extends.
Adjustable Fork and Leg Geometry
Fork outside spread adjusts from 200 to 787 mm. Support-leg width is selected according to pallet dimensions and must provide suitable clearance throughout the handling cycle.
Stable Walkie Operation
A five-point chassis supports stability, while electric steering reduces tiller effort. The walkie layout is intended for controlled short-distance transport and stacking.
Battery and Attachment Options
The standard battery is 24V/280Ah lead-acid. Lithium options are available, and side shift, fork positioners or clamps may be evaluated for specific loads.

What pallets can the MBF20 handle?
Its straddle-leg design is suitable for many double-sided and closed-bottom pallets. Pallet width, bottom-board clearance and support-leg spacing must be confirmed.
Does it retain 2,000 kg capacity at 5.5 metres?
The rated capacity applies under defined load-centre conditions. Residual capacity at higher lift positions must be checked against the mast load chart.
Why is full-free lift useful?
It allows the forks to rise while the mast remains within its closed height, helping inside low-clearance areas such as doorways or trailers.
Can the support-leg width be adjusted?
The truck can be configured for different support-leg widths. The required pallet dimensions should be provided before production.
Can attachments be fitted?
Side shift, fork positioning and selected clamps may be available, subject to technical evaluation and revised residual-capacity calculations.
